The Friends of the Central Skagit Library accepts financial contributions to support programs for children and adults at the library. We also facilitate the donation of goods and services from businesses to the library.
There are certain categories of expenses which the library cannot cover from its own tax-generated funds, such as prizes for programs, like the Summer Reading Program, and food for events, like Día de los Muertos. You can make contributions to benefit a specific program or donate to the general fund, which is dispersed to the library as deemed appropriate by the members of The Friends of the Central Skagit Library.
We also accept donations of used books. These donated books are then offered to the general public in return for financial donations at our ongoing Book Sale, located in the lobby of the Central Skagit Library.
Donations may also be made in cash or by check and mailed to 110 West State Street, Sedro-Woolley, WA, US, 98284, or dropped off at the library. Please make checks payable to The Friends of the Central Skagit Library.
